The Commonwealth’s Attorney leads a dedicated team of prosecutors, victim-witness advocates, and administrative professionals. His responsibilities include prosecuting homicide cases, issuing legal opinions, responding to police internal affairs matters, presenting cases to the grand jury, and handling expungement requests as well as petitions related to firearm rights restoration.
