Maximum Capacity
Events at Lloyd House are restricted to the first floor and Garden areas. There are two unisex, handicap accessible restrooms available on the first floor for public use.
North Parlor Room:
50 seated dinner/meeting
90 limited seating, mixer event
Garden & North Parlor Room:
100 seated dinner**
**PLEASE NOTE: In order to seat 100, your party will have to be split up among the Parlor Room and Garden. This arrangement is not recommended for wedding receptions.

In line with other City facilities, there is a non-refundable $50 fee for events serving alcoholic beverages. Appropriate ABC permits are required for serving alcoholic beverages; visit VABC for more information. |
The rental fee includes tables which can be used inside or outside and chairs which can only be used inside. Linens should be provided by the caterer.
Accessibility
For on-level access to the garden's brick patio and the building’s ground level, guests can enter the garden gate behind the building via Queen Street. The building’s rear entrance faces the patio. One of the two ground floor individual-use restrooms is wheelchair accessible.
