The subcommittee serves to maintain regular communication and enhance collaboration between the City Council and School Board. For 2025-26, the subcommittee includes Mayor Alyia Gaskins, Councilman John Chapman, School Board Chair Michelle Rief, and School Board Vice Chair Christopher Harris.
Meetings are held the last Monday of the month, unless otherwise indicated on the City Calendar and in the meeting materials below. The location alternatives between City Hall (301 King Street) and the ACPS Central Office (1340 Braddock Pl).
