Workforce Development Center Location and Parking Information

The City of Alexandria Workforce Development Center (WDC) is within the Alexandria Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS). The WDC, along with DCHS, are both located at the Redella S. "Del" Pepper Community Resource Center at 4850 Mark Center Drive in Alexandria, Virginia.

PARKING/VALIDATION – WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM GARAGE

When entering the garage, please take a parking ticket to open the gate arm.

  • Parking is free for the first 4 hours. If your visit extends beyond that time, stop by the front desk for ticket validation options.
  • After parking, use the glass doors inside the garage to access the elevators. Press the button for LR to reach the lobby.
  • In the lobby, the elevator doors will open on the opposite side. Walk around the reception desk to a second set of elevators.
  • Take those elevators to the 6th floor, where our office is located.

Del Pepper Community Resource Center

The Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS), Alexandria Health Department (AHD), Neighborhood Health Clinic, Permit Center, and some limited Finance Department and Clerk of Court services have moved to a centralized location at the new Redella S. “Del” Pepper Community Resource Center at 4850 Mark Center Drive.
