The caller should state the nature of the problem and provide his or her name and telephone number. If the problem is urgent in nature, a city agency will immediately dispatch personnel to investigate. If not, action will be taken no later than the next business day. During emergencies, calls may be answered electronically. Callers will be advised of actions taken.
