Alexandria Police Department Makes Arrest in Connection to Shots Fired Incident on South 28th Street

Alexandria, VA – The Alexandria Police Department made an arrest in connection to a shots fired incident that occurred on South 28th Street Sunday afternoon.
On February 20, 2022, at approximately 3:15 p.m. APD officers responded to a call for service in the 3300 block of South 28th Street. On arrival police located evidence that shots were fired, and discovered property damage in the area. No injuries were reported.
Shortly after police apprehended a juvenile in connection to the incident.
While APD has made an arrest, we are still investigating this incident.
