Nutrition Services/WIC
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program provides nutritious food benefits, nutrition counseling, promotes breastfeeding and provides breastfeeding support to pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and for infants and children up to the age of 5 years. WIC also issues free breast pumps to eligible breastfeeding mothers. All services are by appointment only.
Health and nutrition programs are also available for educational and nonprofit groups in the community (depending on staff availability). For more information about WIC and what to bring for an appointment, please consult Virginia Department of Health's WIC site.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form , (AD-3027) found online here, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
