Pursuant to §24.2-502 of the Code of Virginia, candidates for election to a local office must file a Statement of Economic Interests with the Office of Voter Registration and Elections.

- Statements of Economic Interests for incumbent members of the School Board are available with the Clerk of the School Board.
- Statements of Economic Interests for incumbent members of the General Assembly, Sheriff, Commonwealth Attorney and Clerk of Circuit Court are available with the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council.
Incumbent members of City Council, School Board, General Assembly, Sheriff, Commonwealth Attorney and Clerk of Circuit Court who seek re-election and have filed their regular annual (or semi-annual) Statement of Economic Interests, are not required to file additional copies with the Office of Voter Registration and Elections.
