The Redella S. Del Pepper Community Resource Center, located at 4850 Mark Center Drive and named after the former councilwoman, brings together a range health and human service programs and critical resources for the community. Also located here are the Alexandria Health Department, Neighborhood Health, City Permit Center, City Finance Department and the Clerk of Court.

This unified setting supports easy access, collaboration, equity, privacy and safety for all residents who use the facility. It is expected to serve as a community hub, offering opportunities to access resources, convene meetings and events, and to promote the health and wellbeing of residents.
