Home-based Care Program
The Home-based Care Program provides in-home assistance for low-income adults over the age of 60 and/or adults who have severe disabilities that prevent them from performing these tasks independently. Depending on the needs of the individual, the aide can assist with:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Light meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
Home-based Care Program Income Guidelines
Individuals must meet income guidelines. Individual income must be below $2,903 per month and household income for a family of two must be below $3,797 per month to qualify for this service. There may be a waiting list.
