At this time our Home-based Care program is at capacity. However, if you meet the general guidelines we will place you on a wait list and contact you when we can accommodate your request for assessment.

Individuals must meet income guidelines.  Individual income must be below $3,015 per month and household income for a family of two must be below $3,943 per month to qualify for this service. There is currently a waiting list.
