Beginning Monday, December 8, one road lane will be closed near 1201 E. Abingdon Drive to accommodate a nearby sewer pipe repair project. 

Sagres Construction Corporation is scheduled to repair the 18-inch combined sewer pipe nearby during this time. The work will take place in the grassy area between E Abingdon Dr. and the George Washington Memorial Parkway, and the temporary lane closure is required for loading and unloading construction materials. 

Repair work is expected to be completed by Thursday, December 11.
