Due to a mechanical issue, the Minnie Howard Aquatics Facility competition (main) pool is closed until further notice pending repairs.  

To accommodate the community, the warm water training pool will have the following extended hours for limited capacity family swim and water: 

• Monday, November 10 from 4-8:45 p.m. 

• Wednesday, November 13 from 4-6:20 p.m. and 7:20-8:45 p.m. 

• Thursday 4-8:45 p.m.  

The Chinquapin Aquatics Facility remains open for lap swim; please see alexandriava.gov/Aquatics for lane availability.
