Fall Pop-up at the Park
Saturday, November 16, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Ewald Park, 4452 Duke Street
Join City staff to learn about upcoming park improvements.
- Explore ideas for new playground equipment
- Receive the results of the fall community survey
- Participate in Parkour fitness demonstrations
- Make your own art with hands-on activities from the Mobile Art Lab
- Share your thoughts with staff from Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities, Alexandria Police, Project Implementation, community groups, and other City agencies.
- Light refreshments and hot beverages will be available.
In the case of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled.
Park Design Community Meetings
Join City staff as we present the park concept design. We’ll show you how we’ve incorporated feedback from the fall community survey and how the park components are arranged to create a more welcoming, accessible, sustainable, and functional park. We’re interested in learning how the concept design works for you and how it might be improved.
