WebTrac Service Interruption
For Immediate Release: September 12, 2022
Due to a planned upgrade to the Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities registration and reservation system (WebTrac), the public will experience a service interruption Monday, September 19 and Tuesday, September 20. During this time, all functions of the WebTrac system will be inaccessible, including the following:

Access to household information

The ability to make/cancel/or change a reservation

The ability to complete/cancel/or change a registration

Processing of payments or refunds
While WebTrac is offline, all recreation centers will offer complimentary amenities. We encourage you to visit your neighborhood recreation center and enjoy fitness rooms, soft play rooms, swimming, drop-in programming, and several other amenities, all free of charge. RPCA encourages WebTrac users to check their household information beginning September 21 to confirm all information is accurate in advance of using the system for upcoming registrations or reservations.
