Opportunity for Feedback on Proposed Short-Term Residential Rental Regulations
For immediate release: August 14, 2024

Earlier this year, the City Council directed staff to study short-term rentals (aka Airbnb) and, if needed, provide recommendations for additional regulation. Community members are invited to watch an 18-minute video to help understand the background, benefits, and impacts of short-term rentals. The video also presents proposed new policies to address common concerns. Following the video, community members are encouraged to share feedback through an online form which will help staff better craft policy recommendations. Feedback can be provided until September 15.
