Old Town North Urban Design Advisory Committee Walking Tour
For immediate release: October 16, 2026

The Urban Design Advisory Committee (UDAC) serving Old Town North will meet for its annual walking tour of Old Town North on Wednesday, November 4, at 9 a.m. in the public area outside of The Perfect Pita (951 North Fairfax Street). The walking tour will include several developments in the Old Town North area. City staff will engage with UDAC members and the public with information about each site.

Interested participants are asked to RSVP via this link so organizers can plan accordingly in advance of the walking tour.

The purpose of UDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Urban Design Guidelines of Old Town North. Applications are presented to UDAC on an as-needed basis and are discussed during public meetings.
