Duke Street Land Use Plan Virtual Community Meeting #5: Framework Plan

Please join us for the Duke Street Land Use Plan Community Meeting #5 on April 22, 2026 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM online via Zoom. The meeting will introduce the draft framework elements of the future Plan, including proposed Building Heights, Land Use, the Mobility Network, and the Open Space Network. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A. For more information about what a Framework Plan is, visit our project page (www.alexandriava.gov/DukeStreetPlan).
A digital version of the Framework Plan with the opportunity to comment will be posted on the Engagement Hub (https://alexandriava.mysocialpinpoint.com/february-25th-community-meeting) as well as on the project page (www.alexandriava.gov/DukeStreetPlan).
