Old Town North Urban Design Advisory Committee Walking Tour

The Urban Design Advisory Committee (UDAC) serving Old Town North will meet for its annual walking tour of Old Town North on Wednesday, November 8, at 9 a.m. in the public area outside of St. Elmo’s Coffee Pub – Old Town North (529 Montgomery Street). The walking tour will include several developments in Old Town North including The Gables (525 Montgomery Street), streetscape improvements at 500 Montgomery Street, the Muse (1201 North Royal Street), the Venue (925 North Fairfax Street), and the Alexan Florence (400 Wythe Street). City staff will engage with UDAC members and the public with information about each site.

The purpose of UDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Urban Design Guidelines of Old Town North. Applications are presented to UDAC on an as-needed basis and are discussed during public meetings.
