The City of Alexandria is pleased to announce that pre-leasing has begun for nine discounted one-bedroom rental units available for one and two-person income-eligible households at the Alate Old Town, a new 133-unit age-restricted (62+) independent living community located at 1112 First Street in the Braddock Metro neighborhood. Move-ins are anticipated to begin in March and extend through April 2024. The discounted units are being provided though the City’s Affordable Rental Set-Aside Program.
