Rescheduled to October 1: Community Health Assessment Kick-Off Event
The Community Health Assessment Kick-Off Event has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 1 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave., Alexandria VA 22304).
Alexandria Health Department apologizes for any inconvenience and encourages Alexandrians to attend the October event.
The event is open to the public. Join us for a free boxed meal and activities for kids. Interpreters in Spanish, Amharic, and Dari will be available. Other language interpretation is available upon request in advance.

Attendees will learn about the Community Health Assessment process, how it will impact the community, and ways to participate.
