- Emergency Programs – Help with accessing assistance with rent, shelter, utilities, eviction storage, burial and appointment scheduling
- Benefit Programs – Assistance with filing new and renewal applications as well as reports for SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, Seasonal Fuel Assistance (Cooling and Heating)
- Community Health Access Program (CHAP) – Help processing Kaiser Permanente open enrollment applications and reapplications/renewal eligibility determination for health care coverage
- Case Status Inquiry – Follow-up on existing case status
- Information and Referral - Connection to community partners and resources to help meet needs
- Free Income Tax Program – Seasonal assistance with filing income taxes, by appointment only, for qualifying individuals/families
- CommonHelp Workshops – In-person sessions to help clients improve their technology skills to manage their benefits and cases (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid) online
- Spread the Vote / DMV Connect – Help with replacing an ID card
EBT Card and Mail Pick-up
Electronic Benefits Transfer Card (EBT) and Mail Pick-up
Pick-up of EBTs and client mail is available Monday-Friday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at 4850 Mark Center Drive. These hours are subject to change. Please call 703.746.5700 to verify hours of service.
