Emergency rental assistance is available for Alexandria residents who are at risk of eviction due to unexpected income loss and have income at or below the 200% federal poverty level.

*American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding was approved by the City Council to cover two Eviction Prevention Service Navigators, two Housing Justice Attorneys, two Housing Relocation Specialists, one Performance Analyst, along with direct financial assistance for moving and storage for households unable to prevent an eviction. 

**General Fund totals include additional funding for utility relief and other related programming.
