RPCA has a system for online memberships (https://vaalexandriaweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac/web/). The system is currently being programmed to allow participants to purchase multi-visit pool passes online for the 2025 pool season. Daily admission at all outdoor pools will remain per visit and onsite due to the requirement to manage pool occupancy levels. When pool occupancy is met, patrons are not permitted entry until occupancy levels drop. Wait times vary from minutes to more than an hour at certain locations. RPCA continues to coordinate with City IT and Xfinity to provide consistent reliable internet service at the outdoor pool sites.
