Response:
The partner organizations either adhere to the City’s guidance and/or use managed services to improve the overall cybersecurity posture. They have established baseline standards and continue to advance cybersecurity practices as well as explore other controls that will increase system hardening. They consult with their providers to implement controls, test recovery procedures, and use an endpoint management application. Cybersecurity standards and requirements can be expected to be included in future Memoranda of Agreement or Understanding.
