The City of Alexandria and the T&ES GO Alex team would like to extend a warm thank you to all participants who celebrated Bike to Work Day with us on May 17, 2024.  

GO Alex would also like to thank the many staff, contractors, partners, sponsors, and volunteers that made this event a success. We appreciate all the hard work, including all the behind-the-scenes logistics, that makes this event so special every year.  

This year’s Bike to Work Day celebrations included food, drinks, and raffle prizes generously provided by our community partners. The event also offered on-site bike maintenance tutorials, and hands-on demonstrations from DASH on how to use the bike racks located on the front of every bus to extend our cycling trips.  

This event is made special each year by residents, community partners, and cyclists across the region – we look forward to seeing you all at Bike to Work Day next year!
