RESCHEDULED: City of Alexandria to Host Community Meeting on Sanitary Sewer Construction Project – January 22
The City of Alexandria will host a pre-construction community meeting on Wednesday, January 22, to discuss upcoming sanitary sewer construction on the 300 and 400 blocks of North Alfred Street in Old Town. City staff will provide an overview of the project, explain plans to mitigate construction-related impacts, and answer questions about what residents can expect during construction at each location. Construction is anticipated to start in February 2025.
This event will take place on Wednesday, January 22, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Sister Cities Conference Room at City Hall, 301 King Street. Attendees should use the Cameron Street entrance to access the building.
