Alexandria, VA- Alexandria Police have arrested two Fairfax County residents for a double shooting at N. Fayette and Wythe Streets in late September. 

Fitzhugh Godwin, IV, 22, is charged with two counts of malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony. 

Marcus Elliott, 28, is charged with two counts of malicious wounding, two counts of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding, one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle, and one count of violent felon in possession of a firearm. 

Both men were arrested during the investigation of the September 28 nonfatal shooting of two juveniles in a parked car on Wythe St.
