Project Description
The City of Alexandria is planning to install additional storm sewer infrastructure to reduce flooding north of E. Mason Ave. The project was identified following an investigation of the storm drain networks, flooding issues and drainage patterns. The improvements proposed as a result of this study include extending the storm sewer and installing additional storm sewer inlets to increase storm water capture.
Note: The feasibility of this project and the proposed solutions are dependent on the Hooffs Run Culvert Bypass project.
