On Saturday, October 14, the Alexandria Black History Museum (ABHM) will offer its popular program Story Time for Little Historians again. During the pandemic, this program was offered in collaboration with the Alexandria Library (and was called Tales for Young Historians with the Alexandria Black History Museum) but has now returned to its original home. This fun and educational story time is geared to children ages 5-8 years old and features stories related to Black History. Story time will be held in the Museum’s Parker-Gray Gallery.
Story time for the rest of the year will be held on the second Saturday of the month:
- November 11
- December 9, 2023 (Kwanzaa program)
Alexandria Black History Museum is located five blocks from the Braddock Road Metro Station on the Yellow and Blue Lines. Street parking is available.
