The Engineering and Right of Way division, which is located in room 4130 in City Hall, administers T&ES’s land development review process for public improvement projects designed by the department and reviews state projects and privately submitted site plans to ensure that construction is in compliance with the City's engineering standards and policies. This division is also responsible for administering as well as performing all City survey work and maintaining engineering records.
