Real Estate Disposition Policy

The Real Estate Disposition Policy is intended to provide a comprehensive policy, process and guidelines for disposing of City of Alexandria real estate.  This policy is intended to create a process that is transparent to the community which engages competition for desired City assets, that maximizes return on investment, and provides a vehicle for collaboration for desired reuse or redevelopment of the property that reflects the City’s economic sustainability goals and desired community assets.
