Property Assessment Change Maps

This map shows the rate of residential property assessment change for the geographic areas that approximate the small areas developed for the Master Plan revision. The first two digits of a parcel's study group number corresponds to the areas on the map. To find the study group number, look on the assessment notice or locate the parcel in the assessment database.
