  On November 30, 2010, the City held a community meeting to discuss the Potomac Yard special services districts which are proposed to be created to finance the proposed $240 million Potomac Yard Metrorail Station. • North Potomac Yard Small Area Plan approved by City Council
  On May 15, 2010, the City Council voted 7-0 to adopt a resolution to adopt the North Potomac Yard Small Area Plan in the City's Master Plan.  Action Docket
