Ad Hoc Stormwater Utility and Flood Mitigation Advisory Group Meeting – April 19
As part of Flood Action Alexandria, the Ad Hoc Stormwater Utility and Flood Mitigation Advisory Group will meet on Tuesday, April 19 at 7 p.m. at City Hall, Council Workroom, 301 King Street. Meeting materials are posted online. Members of the public who wish to submit comments in advance of the meeting are encouraged to contact Dan Medina, the Flood Action Alexandria program manager, at daniel.medina@alexandriava.gov no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
The purpose of the advisory group is to:
- Review and advise on flood mitigation activities
- Monitor and measure progress of the City’s flood mitigation efforts
- Serve as a general body of receipt and dissemination of information for the City's flood mitigation efforts
- Review and provide recommendations on proposed Stormwater Utility operating and capital budgets
