The City of Alexandria Office of Housing has a partnership with Southern Towers Apartments to provide prospective residents with Committed Affordable Units (CAUs) at the property. The affordable apartment homes include efficiencies and one-bedroom units. The rents are as follows with all utilities included:

• Efficiency Unit: $1,451
• 1 Bedroom Unit: $1,696

Two months verification of your income must be provided with the application.
