The Zoning Services Group is responsible for administering and enforcing zoning and subdivision regulations. Staff provides zoning analysis to city agencies, citizens, architects, engineers and builders, and reviews and approves construction permits and business licenses for compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. Zoning staff is available by phone at 703.746.4333 or in person at the Planning and Zoning Counter from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
