Public Invited to Attend Community Meeting on the Installation of a Safety Fence and Park Enhancements at Windmill Hill Park

The public is invited to attend a community meeting to discuss the installation of a temporary safety fence around the Windmill Hill Park bulkhead and other recommended park enhancements.  The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. on-site at the park, 501 S. Union St. The meeting will be held rain or shine.

City staff will present information on the installation of a temporary safety fence pending future removal and replacement of the current concrete bulkhead, and discuss other park enhancements adopted in the Windmill Hill Park master plan. A demonstration portion of the fence will be installed prior to the meeting for public review and comment.
