The Waterfront Plan is a 20-30 year vision for the City’s waterfront vicinity, from Daingerfield Island in the north to Jones Point in the south. The Plan was approved by City Council in January 2012.
Three redevelopment sites in the Plan include Robinson Terminal North and South, as well as the Cummings-Turner Block located between Prince and Duke Streets along The Strand.
Public space design improvements have begun with a Waterfront Landscape and Flood Mitigation Design Project underway for the Waterfront. Click the Public Space Improvements link for the Community Meeting Schedule, Work Program, and for more about this effort.
