Assisted Job Search for Persons with Disabilities
JobLink provides a variety of services for persons with disabilities who are seeking employment. A disabilities counselor can assist with resume preparation, interviewing skills, vocational assessments and job placement. There is also assistive technology for persons who are visually or hearing impaired.
JobLink is a service provider for the Ticket to Work Program. If you are an Alexandria resident and you receive SSI or SSDI benefits due to a disability, you may be eligible to participate in this program. Contact the Ticket to Work Help Line toll free at 1.866.968.7842 for more information.
