BRAC-133 Information Archive
BRAC-133 Mark Center is the designation given to Alexandria's Mark Center location for the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), and a number of other Department of Defense agencies that are now considered part of Fort Belvoir. The facility, now owned and currently under construction by the federal government, is on Mark Center property located near the intersection of Seminary Road and Beauregard Street at the I-395 interchange.
Mayor William Euille, provides a detailed overview of the federal BRAC 133 process, site selection and the City processes that lead to the Army's selection of the Mark Center site for the Washington Service Headquarters.
