on this already and have been in contact with Baltimore City which does
have an Ethanol plant and transfer station. See you in the new year.

Afraid we can't help on the ethanol transfer
station operational plan you are looking for. We do not have one of those
around here yet. While the City Of Fairfax does not have one either, I
wonder if Tim Butters might be of help?
