John:
Great work pulling all this together;
it goes without saying that we'll need to develop an SOP for deployment/use
of the ethanol delivery system.
I'll support what you and Chief Middleton
work out on that front.
Thanks!
Adam

Subject: Foam Trailer
Sir,
We have secured a new foam trailer that
was already constructed but not delivered to another department. The foam
trailer will be coming up on Wednesday for a demonstration in Maryland,
and then will come here at 14:00 and provide us with a demonstration. It
will return to NC to have a couple changes made to meet our specifications
returning in under a week for final delivery to us. The foam to fill the
trailer is on order and will arrive in a week to ten days. The tow vehicle
is on order, estimated delivery to the fire department shop 90 days, we
will need an additional week to ten days to install radios and emergency
response lights. In the interim we can assign the haz mat support, shop
truck, or facility pickup to tow the trailer. The spill response equipment
will be ordered tomorrow, we should have most of it in a week or two.
Thanks
John
