JONES POINT PARK IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE In close collaboration with the City of Alexandria and the National Park Service, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project is embarking on a major restoration effort at Jones Point Park. Construction efforts began in December 2010 with completion anticipated in June 2012. To maintain public safety during construction, access to some portions of the park will be temporarily or intermittently closed while improvements are being made.
