The Alexandria Police Department Criminal Investigations Section is seeking the public’s help to find the person or persons responsible for the following crimes. Although some of the cases are more than 10 years old, detectives are still looking for leads and are interested in talking to anyone with information. Nancy Dunning Detectives are seeking the help of any business, personal friend, associate, acquaintance, or neighbor of Nancy Dunning, in an attempt to reconstruct as much detail as possible regarding her activities and relationships over the past several years. A substantial reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for this Dec. 5, 2003, homicide. This is not a cold case, but an active homicide investigation. Even the slightest detail could be significant.

Alisha "Lisa" Johnson Detectives are seeking the public's help in an attempt to identify the person(s) responsible for the disappearance and death of Alisha "Lisa" Johnson. The victim was last seen on Sunday, July 28, 1996 in the 600 block of Four Mile Road. On Sunday, August 4, 1996 her body was recovered in Fauquier County, Virginia. Curtis Fitzgerald King Detectives are seeking the public's help in an attempt to identify the person(s) responsible for the death of Curtis Fitzgerald King, 27-year-old Alexandria resident. On August 21, 1994 at 9:43 pm, police were called to the 6100 block of Edsall Road by residents who heard several shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying in a parking lot of the Edlandria apartment complex suffering from several gun shot wounds.
The motive for this incident has not been established. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact either Detective Durkin or Sergeant Nichols with the Alexandria Police Department's Criminal Investigations Section.
