Mount Vernon Village Center


Proposal

The applicant is requesting approvals from the Planning Commission and City Council to demolish the existing buildings between 3809-3839 Mount Vernon Avenue and 3907 Bruce Street and construct a new 53,200+ square foot mixed-use development on the site. The project will include building and site improvements, parking facitilies, and all associated infrastructure.

As the project continues through the development review process please check back periodically for information on upcoming meetings, updates, development material, and staff reports for the project!
