Mount Vernon Village Center

Proposal

The applicant is requesting approvals from the Planning Commission and City Council to demolish the existing buildings between 3809-3839 Mount Vernon Avenue and 3907 Bruce Street and construct a new 53,200+ square foot mixed-use development on the site. The project will include building and site improvements, parking facitilies, and all associated infrastructure.
