ALL ENTRIES MUST BE FAXED TO (703)820-9002 OR EMAILED TO SMAY@SCANVA.ORG BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH.
Please note that only the entries submitted according to the guidelines on the submission form BEFORE the deadline will be accepted:
- If your organization has multiple entries, submit them all in ONE single word document, separated by two spaces.
- Use regular Arial 10 pt. font for all of your text.
- Leave all headings such as "No. of Weeks:" as they are (in bold).
- Limit your description of program to 45 WORDS.
- Only one CONTACT name and one PHONE NUMBER per entry.
- Include street addresses for all "Locations" including the addresses of schools and government buildings; do NOT include state or zip code.
Include the title of your program in the subject line of your email, and please use the sample entries below as a guide for formatting phone numbers, times, etc.
- ***NEW!*** If submitting via email, you are invited to attach your organization's hi-res logo (300 DPI).
What is the Parent Connection Resource Guide?
The PCRG is a comprehensive guide of parenting resources in Northern Virginia - whether it is upcoming parenting classes, ongoing parent support groups, weekly playgroups, one-time workshops or even early intervention programs - any program that nurtures families and is held January through April 2010 should be included!

If you have specific changes or questions pertaining to how your program was represented in this past issue, please write me a brief, detailed note indicating the change(s) that should be made. I will call and/or e-mail you back if I have additional questions.
