Virtual Private Networking (VPN) Client
To connect to the City's Institutional Network (I-Net) for remote access via VPN, click the link below to download the required client software. When prompted, choose "Run" or "Open" to launch the installer, and then follow the prompts.
Which version do I need? If your Start menu has, in its All Programs view, both "Internet Explorer" and "Internet Explorer (64-bit)" options, then you're using 64-bit Windows and need the 64-bit VPN client installer. Otherwise, you need the 32-bit installer. Don't worry too much about this -- if you download the wrong version, Windows will tell you that it's incompatible with your sustem and you can return to alexandriava.gov/VPN to download the other version.
