Call for Artists for Charles Hamilton Houston Memorial

The City of Alexandria has announced a Call for Artists for the Charles Hamilton Houston Memorial to be located at the Charles Houston Recreation Center, 901 Wythe St. The City will conduct the search for qualified applicants through a Request for Qualifications. The deadline for submission is October 1, 2009, at 4 p.m. EDT. The anticipated installation date of the Charles Hamilton Houston Memorial is April 2011. Call for Artists Announced for Alexandria Police Memorial

The City of Alexandria is announcing a Call for Artists for the Alexandria Police Memorial, which will be located at the Alexandria Police Department headquarters currently under construction at 3534 Wheeler Ave. The City will conduct the search for qualified applicants through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ.)
