Two Alarm Fire Displaces two residents.

Firefighters responded to a two alarm fire in the 900 block of N. Alfred Street. First arriving units reported smoke coming from an upstairs window of a two story town house. Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire in an upstairs bedroom. The home was occupied at the time of the fire. One of the residents called 9-1-1 to report the fire. Both residents quickly evacuated the home. There were no reported injuries. Damage is estimated at $7,000. The cause remains under investigation.
